About ITMAHUB 2023

"Reimagining Information Science: Knowledge, Connectivity, and Community in the Digital Age"

International Conference on Information Science, Technology, Management, Humanities & Business (ITMAHuB 2023) as an effort to provide a platform for academics, professionals, Industrial Practitioners and Postgraduate Students (Masters / Phd) in Malaysia and around the world to share their experiences, knowledge and expertise on development in the field of Information Science.

College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) takes great pleasure in inviting you to the ITMAHuB 2023 scheduled to be held in Shah Alam, Malaysia between 26th – 27th September 2023. ITMAHUB 2023 is a prestigious event that provides an international platform for academicians and researchers to share and exchange their ideas and research results dedicated to the advancement of theories and practice in the field of Information Science, Technology, Management, Humanities and Business. ITMAHuB 2023 will provide an excellent opportunity for the participants to enrich their knowledge through its broad and interdisciplinary programs including keynote speakers, research papers and postgraduate colloquium.

Publication Opportunities

ITMAHuB 2023 conference is inviting researchers, from local and international communities, to submit their research papers with original contributions, to exchange experiences, and demonstrate their studies of INFORMATION SCIENCE fields; information management, library management, digital library, records management, archive administration, information system management, content management system and knowledge management.

All submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and selected papers will be published in:

1) Web of Science (WoS) Proceedings, OR
2) MyCite Indexed Journals

The final decision for paper selected will be made based on peer review reports by the review board of conference.

Author Guidelines

PROSPECTIVE AUTHORS MUST SUBMIT THE FULL PAPER in MSWord at the conference website (https://isconference.uitm.edu.my/index.php/itmahub2023/about/submissions.)

Papers must be the original work of the author(s), have not been presented or submitted for consideration elsewhere, and be written in English.

The abstract must include the following:

name(s) and affiliation of (each) author
name, organization, mailing address, telephone, fax
and e-mail address, and a brief biography of the presenter(s)
an abstract (300 words) written in English
content of abstract: Introduction, purpose, research methodology, findings, conclusion, keywords

The full paper must include the following:

name(s) and affiliation of (each) author
name, organization, mailing address, telephone, fax
an abstract (300 words) written in English
a reference list

ALL SUBMISSIONS will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and SELECTED PAPERS will be published in:

1) Web of Science (WoS) Proceeding, OR
2) MyCite Indexed Journal

Recorded Video Virtual Presentation Guidelines

Please ensure that the duration of the recorded video presentation is not more than 10 minutes.

Kindly use the ITMAHuB 2023 virtual background throughout the duration of the presentation. The designated virtual background can be downloaded here (Virtual Background).

Your presentation is exclusively to be conducted in English.

All information such as the title of your paper, author’s name and affiliation must appear on the first slide of your presentation.

Please provide your email or any contact information at the end of the presentation in case the audience has any queries (Q&A).

Upon completion of the conference fees, upload the video virtual presentation on your YouTube and email the YouTube link

Physical Presentation Guidelines

Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for question and answer (Q&A).
We recommend presenters to bring a USB pen drive or your own laptop with a copy of their presentations as a backup.
Kindly use the ITMAHuB 2023 background on the first (1st) slide only. All information such as the title of your paper, author’s name and affiliation must appear on the first slide of your presentation. The background can be downloaded here (Link).
Rename your presentation file using the following format: < PAPERID-FULLNAME >, Example: 89-ALISA NOAH.pptx
